I want to start my Blog off with a fresh cold berry smoothie. It is great for warm summer days, especially when my kid plays at a playground I bring the Chilled Summer Berry Smoothie in a thermos bottle. mmmmh!
- 50 gr frozen blueberry
- 50 gr frozen raspberry
- 100 gr frozen strawberry
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100 ml fresh orange juice (if you prefer a little sweet taste then you can add any regular bottled orange juice.)
Put everything in the mixer, blend until smooth and enjoy! I add 3 ice cubes in my thermos, like this it stays cold for hours!
